A Pattern for Poufs!!

Awhile back I posted about these gorgeous knitted floor poufs and how much I wished there were a pattern so I could knit one myself! Well, guess what? I found a pattern!!

I MUST figure out how to knit a few of these! What size of needle would it take?? 20? I hope some savvy knitter (like Cami) can help me figure out a way to reproduce these marvelous poofs because goodness knows I don't have $800-$1,600 to slap down for just one of these puppies!
